The Virtual San Gennaro shop is an opportunity to purchase directly from the official Museum gift shop of San Gennaro in Naples, Italy.

If you are visiting Naples you can find the shop located at the endtrance of the Museum next to the Cathedral. There is a small outlet for religious items in the Chapel of San Gennaro in the magnificent Cathedral IL Duomo itself.

All items sold both in the museum and in our Virtual Gift shop are Products from the region where San Gennaro lived and died over 600 years ago.

The food and wine selected from the lands of Campagnia Region have been chosen becasue they are organic and are produced using tradional methods of preparation and ingredients which are today still made from the wheat, olives, grapes grown from the same lands and with the same traditions passed on from generation to generation.

The Prints, Rosaries, book, post-cards, ceramics and jewelry are all Made in Italy and are also from the region we have endeavoured to source for local and regional artisans. Although not as well known as Tuscany and other regions of Italy it remains home to over 25 million imigrants who over the past 100 years have had to leave its shores looking for a better life and opportunity for thier families.

We are also able to offer a limited amount of small glass bottles with the image of San Gennaro for those who wish to have a very special momentum, included we will supply free blessed water with each purchase.

The website is currently in construction but the blog page allows those who are followers of San Gennaro, members of the catholic community around the world or those who have an interest in the heritage and traditions of one of Italy’s most important and yet little known region to buy directly from us.
